I just want to tell you keep staying strong after the storm theres always a sun and a rainbow. Times might get hard and you'll feel you have no more strength but remember theres an almighty god and an angel that will forever look over you. Wear a tight dress:) look sexy it’s ur bday! Curl ur hair and tease it! Makeup, depended on the color.. If its a colorful one keep very natural! If its light colors I would go with color or black eyeshadow!

I have one & i wore it with black jeans a white v neck shirt, i tucked my shirt and added a red thin belt the blazer. and red heels.. u can wear it like that.
